When your patient completes the survey, you receive an individual patient MyFitReport™ and your patient receives a complimentary scleral lens emergency kit.
For every 12 patients fit with BostonSight SCLERAL, your practice receives a voucher for a free fitting for one patient in need. FitAssist vouchers expire 24 months from issue date.
